What should be included in your deep clean?
We build the quote around your priorities rather than assuming every task is included. Tell us the number of rooms, furnished status and condition, then identify the areas that need particular attention.
- Kitchens: accessible surfaces, cupboard fronts and agreed appliance or cupboard interiors.
- Bathrooms: agreed surfaces, fittings and areas affected by everyday soap residue or limescale.
- Bedrooms and living spaces: accessible floors, skirting and surfaces within the brief.
- Additional requests: ovens, carpets, upholstery and windows need their method and scope confirmed separately.
Before moving in
An empty property can make access to surfaces easier. Where possible, arrange the clean after removal or repair work and before furniture arrives. Confirm the key collection, water and electricity supply, parking and any building restrictions. If your moving date changes, tell us as soon as possible so arrangements can be reviewed.
Before photographs or a sale
Agree the rooms and surfaces that need attention before your photography appointment. Clearance and dusty work should happen first, then the clean, followed by final presentation. We can bring cleaning, clearance and photography together if you need more than a standalone visit.
What affects the quote?
Property size is only part of the picture. The condition, number of bathrooms, furnishings, requested tasks and access all affect the work. Send a few relevant photographs with your postcode and preferred date so we can establish the brief. Hazardous contamination, suspected asbestos and specialist remediation are not assumed to be part of a standard deep clean.
