Do you work with eXp and self-employed agents?
Yes. We work with eXp agents, other independent agents and established branches. You retain your client relationship; we provide the agreed practical property support.
Can we book a single job?
Yes. One-off jobs are available, subject to location, access and availability. Recurring support is agreed separately.
Do you replace our letting service?
No. You retain your client relationship and decisions about applicants and tenancy terms. We handle the agreed visits, reports and preparation.
Are monthly packages available?
Ongoing support can be scoped around an individual agent or a branch. Contact us to discuss your typical volume, locations and required turnaround.
