Do you carry out legal probate work?
No. We provide practical property support and coordination. We do not apply for probate or provide legal or tax advice.
Does a vacant visit satisfy an insurer’s requirements?
Requirements differ by policy. Supply the insurer’s inspection requirements so the scope and frequency can be checked before booking.
Are contractor costs included?
No. Contractor works are quoted separately and require approval. The coordination scope and fee are also agreed before work starts.
